How Our Deposits Work
Our deposits are $350.00 and are non-refundable but may be transferred to the next upcoming litter, should you not find a puppy in the litter that your deposit is being held. Under no circumstances will the deposit be returned, so please make sure that your commitment to a puppy has been thought through very carefully. You are reserving a puppy from a litter therefore we are also turning away potential parents with your deposit on our list. We appreciate your patience, as we do not control if a litter takes or not. If youd like to meet the parents prior to placing a deposit please reach out to us!
What to Expect After Placing Your Deposit
Depending on the timeframe, you may have a small wait until the female has her litter, or you may be putting a deposit on a current litter and pups will go home at 8 weeks old pending their veterinary exam.. Deposits are listed in the order they are received, either in person or by the online transactions. You will be told when placing your deposit where your deposit will fall on that litter or future litters.
for Mini Americans: If you would like a puppy with a tail please reach out to us as the procedure for keeping tails intact on our MAS varies.
Finally, once the furbabies arrive:
As soon as the puppies are born, we will send out pictures by text and also on our Facebook page, of them being born and give everyone details on the puppies! I also can tell you exactly which dates you will be able to come for puppy viewing day/puppy pick day, and the day you will be able to take your baby home.
At three weeks of age of the litter, you may schedule a visit for a “puppy viewing day”. This gives you the chance to see the puppies and their coloring up close. It will also give you a good opportunity to talk to us about questions or concerns you have about the puppies, supplies, and preparing for the big “Go Home” day. These puppies sleep most of time and we cannot allow them to be away from their mother very long, so these visits though exciting, are usually held from 2-4 pm. This visit is not required, but highly recommended if you can attend, as “Puppy Pick” will be during this time.
